Paul Wexler (May 23, 1929 – November 21, 1979), was an American character actor. Tall and physically imposing with a long face and deep baritone voice, he specialized in macabre or off-beat roles. Wexler made his film debut in the Bowery Boys 1952 comedy ''Feudin' Fools''. His most noteworthy film appearances included the 1954 film noir thriller ''Suddenly'' as local deputy sheriff Slim Adams gunned down by a would-be presidential assassin and as the supervillain Captain Seas in the 1975 adventure film ''Doc Savage: The Man of Bronze''. Wexler also appeared in such television series as ''The Rifleman'', ''Gunsmoke'', and ''Death Valley Days''. For Disney’s 1961 animated feature ''One Hundred and One Dalmatians'', he performed in live-action reference footage, used by the animators as a guide, playing Jasper Badun and the quizmaster.〔DVD bonus features.〕 ==References== 〔
